A few items of note for Saturday's event:
The event starts at 10am with coffee and bagels. District announcements begin promptly at 10:30am, followed by the presentation from Aroma Sciences: Application of Evaporative Extraction to Create Novel Brewing Ingredients, complete with a tasting portion. Please arrive on time so we can plenty of time for this presentation and move on to the facility tour.
For the facility tour you must be wearing pants, no shorts/skirts/dresses/etc. You must be wearing closed toe shoes, and no heels are allowed. If you fail to dress appropriately you will not be able to go on the tour.
No outside alcoholic beverages are to be consumed on site. I know we all usually bring tasty beers and share during the event, however these will be for taking home to enjoy later this time around.
Please park in the West Lot at the front of the brewery, which has signs for Visitor Parking. There will be signage to direct you to the main entrance and security.
