As you know, we held our first district officer elections in December and the results are in! I want to thank everyone who voted. The voting system is a new feature provided by Nationals and I think it went pretty smoothly. Without further ado, let’s congratulate the incoming Carolinas District Leadership Team!

· Programming & Technical Chair – Erin Maynard, White Labs
· Programming & Technical Chair – Ben Bereznay, HAAS
The for the last two years our previous leadership team put together a number of great technical meetings and now that each position is filled, I can only expect bigger and better things from this talented group.
The officers are planning a meeting at Radar Brewing in Winston Salem, NC in March to cover expectations and goals for each position (and of course have a pint or two). After that, we will continue planning the April 11th Safety Summit at Sierra Nevada in Mills River, NC.
