I love beer. I have spent my time after getting my BS in Microbiology studying brewing, beers, and the beverage industry every waking moment. This is what I am passionate about and what I intend to devote my life to if I am given the opportunity. I have been working for MolsonCoors for over 10 years now. I have moved around and participated in every aspect of quality control, including working closely with our pilot brewery AC Golden and on propagation for our Golden brewery. After that I spent several years in operations in our Fermenting department while dedicating my free time to volunteering at craft breweries in the Denver area. Recently I have had the privilege of working for MC's Pilot Brewery, Miller Valley Brewery, since 2017. It is a new challenge everyday there and I love being able to flex my problem-solving and creative muscles working for this company. I am eager to learn more and hope to one day lead my own brewing team. I received my Diploma in Brewing in 2022 and have started a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I recently moved to Missoula, Montana and started my own consulting business- Solutions Beverage Consulting.
