The Technical Committee has worked together to assemble the educational content to fit the evolving needs of our chapter, with a heavy focus this spring on Applicable, Immediately Actionable, and Accessible learnings for you to bring back to your whole brewery team.
From a deep dive into the benefits of the 5S system, to ensuring safety in your operations, to brewing trial design, join our experts for a weekend of networking and learning.
Friday, May 9th:

- District Northwest Business Meeting: 1:00-2:30 PM in the Gorge Room
- Educational Programming: 2:30-6:30 PM in the Gorge Room
- Dinner: 6:30-7:30 PM in the Dining Room
- Friday Night Social: 7:00-10:00PM > hosted by Pfriem Family Brewers
Saturday, May 10th:
- Breakfast in the dining room: 7:30-8:00AM
- Educational Programming: 9:00-12:30PM
- Lunch in the Dining Room: 12:30- 1:30PM
- DNW Technical Team Meeting: Same Time As Lunch (look for balloons!)

Hotel reservations are LIVE. Mention MBAA to receive group discount (while it lasts).
There are numerous offerings of hotels, motels, and vacation rentals in the greater Hood River Area. However, because this event is happening the same weekend as Mother’s Day, keep in mind the increased tourist activity in the area, and book your accommodations accordingly.
As with our previous meetings, we encourage you to bring some beer to share with your fellow Master Brewer. We will have the Trillium Room ready for your beer starting at 12:00PM on Friday the 9th. Please be responsible and respect the hotel rules and fellow guests over the weekend.
