Kick off the day with our brief chapter meeting. We will cover essential updates and plans for the coming months.

We’re thrilled to have Travis Fritts of Old Nation Brewing joining us to deliver an advanced brewing talk on recipe development. Travis studied at VLB and brings a wealth of knowledge and practical insights to share with us.
Water and Salt Adjustment Talk by Patrick Tkacz: 12:15 PM - 1:00 PM
Patrick will discuss the roll of water chemistry and salt adjustment in brewing and recipe development. Patrick is the Innovation Technical Specialist at Bell’s Brewery and will share insights from his experience in brewing innovation.
Lunch: 1:00 PM
Enjoy a delicious lunch and continue conversations with fellow brewers and industry professionals
Brewery Tours: Tours of the facility will start after lunch.
Tour Group 1: 1:30 PM
Tour Group 2: 2:15 PM

Following the tours, join us at Eccentric for a casual gathering. We’ve arranged for a group discount, so this is a great chance to relax and enjoy some local brews in the beer garden with your colleagues.
