2026 Spring Meeting District Mid Atlantic

• 20 room block~120/night at Quality Inn & Suites, 70 Maddex Square Dr., Shepherdstown, WV 25443

Friday March 6, 2026: 6 - 8pm (Welcome Reception)

• Social with beer and light bites provided. 
• Included with Registration for Saturday meeting & $20 for those Not Registered for the Saturday meeting (select Reception/Social Event Ticket to attend Friday ONLY).

Saturday March 7, 2026: 8am - 6pm (Spring Meeting)

• 8:00 - 9:00am Registration and a full Bavarian Breakfast
• 9:00 - 9:15am Welcome and District Announcements, exec committee, draft schedule etc., update from BOG and National.
• 9:15 - 10:00am  1^st presentation
• 10:00 - 10:45am 2^nd presentation
• 10:45 - 11:15am Break
• 11:15 - 12:00pm 3^rd presentation
• 12:00 to 12:45pm Lunch: Deli Smorgasbord
• 12:45 - 1:30pm 4^th presentation
• 1:30 - 1:45pm Break
• 1:45 - 2:30pm  5^th presentation
• 2:30 - 2:45pm Break to purchase raffle tix and set up raffle
• 2:45 – 3:15pm Raffle to support district scholarships attendees requested to donate Technical books or equipment and SWAG
• 3:15pm - ??  Happy Hour and Networking with German Pretzels with mustard and Beer Cheese, bags of chips and Pretzels
