Please join us on Thursday, September 19th for our next MBAA District Milwaukee meeting at Wisconsin Brewing Company in Verona. Bryan Kreiter of Fermentis will be presenting on some really interesting fermentation trials conducted with two yeast strains, three wort densities, three temperatures, three pitching rates, which results in some surprising findings. Kirby Nelson, Brewmaster of WBC, will also be sampling a new beer fermented with S. eubayanus, a progenitor of today's lager strains, and telling a little of the backstory to warm us up for our fermentation talk. Dinner is served by Jolly Frog Food Cart's catering, which serves Latin American cuisine.
