Northern California Fall Technical Meeting

Hello Everyone,

I'm very excited to invite all of you to our Fall Technical Meeting hosted at Sudwerk brewing in Davis,CA.  If you have not been by Sudwerk since their renovation, you are in for a treat because the new space looks beautiful!

I'm also excited to announce that our presenter for this meeting will be Chris White of White Labs, and he will be presenting on the topic of mixed culture fermentations; "Mix it up in your tasting rooms with cross over cultures, and how to use them!"  We will also be having two brief presentations by student researches from UC Davis to start the evening, so come find out what the cutting edge of brewing research is looking at these days.  More details on these presentations will be provided shortly
