The morning will start with a technical presentation on packaging led by Randy Edwards of Iron Heart Mobile Canning, followed by an off-flavor sensory panel led by Alex Titov of Lallemand. After lunch, Jamie Bartholomaus of Foothills Brewing and attorney Scott Burger of Allen Stahl + Kilbourne, PLLC will give a joint presentation and Q & A on the current state of THC beverages from both a technical production and legal perspective.
