12:30 to 1:30 Lunch

1:30 to 2:00pm:  Santiago Gomez: The Effect of Late Kettle Additions and Dry Hopping on IBUs (20 minutes plus QA)

2:00- 3:00pm:  Diane and Michelle Gooding: Sustainable Initiatives in the Hop Industry & 2017 Crop/Market Report (40 minutes plus QA)

Parking is available in the city lot that is directly in front of the building. There is also a small side lot right behind the brewery as well as some street parking.
